Lauren Williams, APRN, FNP-C

About

Lauren has a strong passion for women’s health and is dedicated to empowering, improving and providing the highest quality of care to women at each and every stage of life. Lauren is a native Texan who grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She attended Texas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. Prior to completion of her graduate program, she worked as a registered nurse in high-risk labor and delivery, antepartum and postpartum at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas. In 2020, she completed her Master’s degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and became certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Lauren provides evidenced-based preventative and gynecologic care to women of all ages and works extensively with peri and postmenopausal women.

She is a compassionate and energetic member of the Renaissance Women’s Group team and is a proud member of Texas Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.

She is married to her college sweetheart and has a young son. Lauren is also a proud fur mom to her golden retriever, Jackson and two tabby cats, Dolce and Leo. In her feel time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and traveling abroad.
